Asociacion de la Gente Unida por el Agua (AGUA) of Visalia received $4,000 from the Agape Foundation Board of Trustees Grant Fund and the Frederick E. Pratt, MD Memorial Fund to continue their grassroots campaign to push the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Board for more effective groundwater protection. They are a coalition of small, rural, predominately Latino communities and six nonprofit organizations dedicated to securing safe, clean and affordable water in the Central Valley.
